前    言

Preface

       中國民營經濟國際合作商會創辦《中外民間交流》簡報，其目的是在全球抗擊新冠病毒的背景下，讓國外民間組織和廣大朋友通過這一窗口，更多地了解中國和全球抗擊疫情的一些動態，以及在抗擊疫情中的專家觀點、經驗分享、衛生常識、企業合作和防護物資需求等相關信息，成為中外民間組織交流合作的一個平臺。簡報每周兩期，希望她能夠為大家帶來一些新信息、新情況、新渠道。愿我們通過交流成為好朋友、好伙伴！

       The purpose of "The Brief Report on non government exchanges between China and foreign countries",  which was compiled and printed by China International  Chamber of Commerce for the Private Sector, is to let foreign non-governmental organizations and friends know more about the trends of China and the world in the fight against the novel coronavirus  through this window, as well as experts' opinions, experience sharing, sense of common health care knowledge,  information on enterprise cooperation and demand for protective materials, to make it becoming a platform for exchanges and cooperation between Chinese and foreign non-governmental organization. We hope it can bring you some new information, new situation and new channels. May we become good friends and partners through exchanges!

       China’s COVID-19 epidemic map

       4月20日，中國累計確診83817例，現存確診1700例。共有11個省無現存確診病例，昨日新增36例，8例為境外輸入。
       By 20th April, the number of total confirmed cases is 83,817, while existing cases is 1700. No existing case in 11 of 34 provinces. 8 of 36 new case were imported cases during last 24h.

       4月20日，全球確診2404249例，死亡165234例。
       By 20th April, global total confirmed increased to 2,404,249 cases. Global total deaths increased to 165,234.

       Global COVID-19 epidemic situation

      （1）全球確診病例突破240萬，死亡人數突破16萬。
       The number of COVID-19 cases surpassed 2,400,000 globally and more than 160,000 people have lost their lives.
      （2）國際貨幣基金組織和世界銀行集團號召世界各國在抗擊疫情期間開放貿易，停止對醫療衛生及必需品的出口管制。
       The International Monetary Fund (IMF) and the World Bank Group (WBG) have called on countries to keep trade open as the world battles the COVID-19 pandemic, warning that export controls on medical supplies and other essentials could backfire.
      （3）4月16日，蓋茨基金會宣布將捐資1.5億美元抗擊疫情。
       The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation announced on 16th April that it will donate another $150 million for the global response to COVID-19, bringing its total funding to over $250 million.

       Chinese Economic Development

      （1）4月20日，亞洲發展銀行及世界銀行等機構預測以中國為驅動力的世界經濟將會在2020年下半年和2021年實現快速反彈。
       The short-term economic shock from fighting the COVID-19 pandemic has been more serious than initially thought. Most countries have plunged into negative growth during the height of the virus. But recently released forecasts by the Asian Development Bank, the World Bank and others predict that the bounce back from the economic closures can be fast and that growth rates will be strong in the second half of 2020 and into 2021.
      （2）截至三月底，中國的私募基金達2萬億美元，較二月份上漲2.59%。
       China's privately offered funds scaled up to exceed 14.25 trillion yuan (about $2.01 trillion) by the end of March, industry association data showed. The figure rose 359.91 billion yuan, or 2.59 percent from the previous month, according to the Asset Management Association of China (AMAC).
      （3）4月14日，中國共計241家A股上市企業宣布本年度實施股票回購計劃。
       More listed companies have decided to buy back shares to boost investors' confidence this year, Securities Daily reported Thursday. As of April 14, a total of 241 listed companies on the A-share market have implemented stock buyback plans this year, according to the paper.

       World Economic Trends

      （1）4月20日，美國原油價格下降20%至15美元/桶，為近20年來最低。
       US crude oil plunged about 20 percent to below 15 US dollars per barrel on Monday, hitting the lowest level in more than two decades as the COVID-19 pandemic cast a shadow of uncertainty over the global market.
      （2）4月20日，顧問機構麥肯錫(McKinsey)的預估顯示，由于新冠肺炎疫情大流行，未來幾個月歐洲失業人數可能增加將近一倍，高達5,900萬個就業崗位面臨永久裁減的風險，此外，工資與工時也可能下降。
       Unemployment in Europe could nearly double in the coming months, with up to 59 million jobs at risk from permanent cutbacks as well as reductions in pay and hours because of the coronavirus pandemic, estimates from consultancy McKinsey on 20th April.

       4月20日，農業部宣布將會采取一系列措施保障春耕。
       China has taken a slew of measures to give full play to agricultural machinery in spring farming while containing the COVID-19 outbreak, said an official with the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs (MARA) on 20th April.

       4月15日，鐘南山院士指出，早期的檢測和隔離是防止疫情擴散的有效措施。
       "Early detection of people infected with the novel coronavirus, then isolating them would be an effective way to prevent the disease from spreading," said Zhong Nanshan, Academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering on 15th April.

       China private enterprises are taking action!

       4月16日，蘇寧集團和國際米蘭足球俱樂部向意大利和斯洛文尼亞捐贈130萬只口罩，支援抗擊疫情。
       On 16th April, Chinese retail giant Suning Holdings Group said that its subsidiaries Suning International and Inter Milan Football Club will donate masks to help Italy and Slovenia fight the novel coronavirus pandemic. A total of 1 million face masks will be donated to Italy, and 300,000 masks to Slovenia, according to the group.

       10、辦公：1）據上海病例統計，目前沒有足夠或直接證據表面新冠病毒通過中央空調傳播，上海所有病例都能追溯到具體傳播途徑；2）從統計來看氣溶膠傳播并不是主要傳播途徑，辦公環境具有最大風險的地方是電梯；3）辦公環境有窗開窗，沒窗建議還是帶口罩為好。
       10. Office: 1) according to the statistics of cases in Shanghai, there is not enough or direct evidence that the Covid-19 is transmitted through central air conditioning, and all cases in Shanghai can be traced back to a specific transmission path; 2) statistically, the elevator, instead of aerosol, is the main transmission path; 3) open the windows or wear masks.
       11、口罩： 1）如果是正常生活情況，口罩沒必要嚴格按照4小時一換；2）有一點要注意，千萬不能與附近人同時摘掉口罩，尤其在飛機上，切記不能與緊挨的人同時摘掉口罩吃飯。
       11. Mask: 1) if it's a normal life situation, it's unnecessary to change the mask in strict accordance with 4 hours. 2) pay attention that you must not take off the mask at the same time with the people nearby, especially on the plane, remember not to take off the mask at the same time with the people next door to eat.
       12、健康：1）疫情期間，不要太勞累自己，疲勞過度會導致免疫力下降；2）不要太瘦了，太瘦了說明營養不太均衡，要合理膳食，尤其蛋白質攝入；3）也不能太胖了，過度肥胖，重癥時影響很大；4）擔心吃的多，導致肥胖，建議多加強鍛煉，尤其早起人少時，出門跑幾圈，跑步是很好的鍛煉；5）不要在家一次性宅太久，目前戶外是安全的，尤其人少的公園，可以多去走走，保持安全距離就好。
       12. Health: 1) during the epidemic, don't overwork yourself, fatigue will lead to the decline of immunity; 2) don't be too thin, which means that nutrition is not balanced, instead you should eat a reasonable diet, especially protein intake; 3) don't be too fat, it’ll have a great impact in severe cases; 4) it is recommended to take exercise, especially when there are fewer people. Running for a few laps is a good exercise; 5) don't stay at home for a long time. At present, it's safe outdoors, especially in a park with few people. You can take a walk and keep a safe distance with other people.
