Preface

       中國民營經濟國際合作商會創辦《中外民間交流》簡報，其目的是在全球抗擊新冠病毒的背景下，讓國外民間組織和廣大朋友通過這一窗口，更多地了解中國和全球抗擊疫情的一些動態，以及在抗擊疫情中的專家觀點、經驗分享、衛生常識、企業合作和防護物資需求等相關信息，成為中外民間組織交流合作的一個平臺。簡報每周兩期，希望她能夠為大家帶來一些新信息、新情況、新渠道。愿我們通過交流成為好朋友、好伙伴！

       The purpose of "The Brief Report on non government exchanges between China and foreign countries ",  which was compiled and printed by China International  Chamber of Commerce for the Private Sector, is to let foreign non-governmental organizations and friends know more about the trends of China and the world in the fight against the novel coronavirus  through this window, as well as experts' opinions, experience sharing, sense of common health care knowledge,  information on enterprise cooperation and demand for protective materials, to make it becoming a platform for exchanges and cooperation between Chinese and foreign non-governmental organization. We hope it can bring you some new information, new situation and new channels. May we become good friends and partners through exchanges!

       4月6日，中國累計確診82641例，現存確診2311例。共有7個省無現存確診病例，昨日新增75例，38例為境外輸入。
       By 6th April, the number of total confirmed cases is 82641, while existing case is 2311. No existing case in 7 of 34 provinces. 38 of 75 new case were imported case during last 24h.

       By 6th April, global total confirmed increased to 1,275,542 cases. Global total deaths increased to 69,498.

       Global COVID-19 epidemic situation

      （1）全球確診病例突破120萬，死亡人數突破6萬。
      The number of COVID-19 cases surpassed 1,200,000 globally and more than 60,000 people have lost their lives.
      （2）歐盟委員會對疫情爆發初期未在歐盟內部形成統一的抗疫方案向意大利道歉，并承諾將會施以援助。
      The head of the European Commission apologized to Italy on Thursday for a lack of solidarity from Europe in tackling COVID-19 crisis but promised greater help in dealing with the economic fallout.
      （2）4月5日，美國成為第一個確診人數突破30萬的國家。 
      On April 5th, US became the first country with more than 300,000 COVID-19 cases. 
      （3）4月5日，英國伊麗莎白女王發表電視講話，號召民眾團結抗疫，堅定民眾信心。
      Queen Elizabeth addressed the United Kingdom in a televised speech on 5th April, describing the novel coronavirus crisis as "an increasingly challenging time", but said the nation "will succeed" in the fight against the disease.

      （1）4月4日，習近平出席新冠肺炎遇難者國家哀悼儀式并向遇難者默哀。
      On April 4th, president Xi Jinping attended the national mourning period for martyrs who sacrificed their lives in the fight against the COVID-19 outbreak and compatriots who died of the novel coronavirus pneumonia.
      （2）4月5日，中國表示將加速生產抗疫醫療物資，嚴格把控物資質量。
       The Chinese government will ramp up efforts from various departments to accelerate the process of exporting crucial medical supplies to the world, while strictly controlling product quality, said the deputy director of the Department of Medical Device Regulation of the National Medical Products Administration on 5th April.
      （3）中國A股市場將更早反彈，中長期投資前景光明。
       Opportunities of earning handsome return from medium and long-term investment in Chinese equities are expected to shine in ashes of the recent global financial turmoil, analysts said on 6th April.
       China's A-share market may stand out in the possible stock market recoveries, analysts said, as China's economic recovery ahead of the world and higher interest rate level may attract global capital to boost holdings in Chinese equities.

       4月6日,世界油價因供應過剩擔憂而下跌，但股市因疫情放緩希望而上漲。
       Oil slips on oversupply fears, but stocks jump on virus slowdown hopes. Oil prices skidded on 6th April after Saudi-Russian negotiations to cut output were delayed, keeping oversupply concerns alive, while stocks jumped as investors were encouraged by a slowdown in coronavirus-related deaths and new cases.

       4月3日，科技部表示中國將加大對前沿技術研發和新型產業的扶植力度，為科技創新提供更廣闊的空間。
       China will strengthen support for the development of cutting-edge technologies and new formats of industries showing great potential during the COVID-19 epidemic, and create a favorable environment for technological innovation, an official from the Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST) said 3rd April.

      （1）《柳葉刀》主編理查德發文批評英國未能在1月底中國發出明顯警告時采取防疫措施，浪費大量時間，導致疫情在英國嚴重蔓延，這是“國家丑聞”。
       The warning of potential epidemic from China was very clear in late January but occidental countries especially British had wasted a whole February waiting and watching, without taking methods such as expanding coronavirus testing capacity, which is a national scandal, said Richard Horton, Editor-in-Chief of the Lancet 28th March.
      （2）4月1日，《自然》雜志在線發表了德國研究團隊的論文《新冠肺炎住院病人病毒學評估》。文章稱，經過檢測發現，在新冠肺炎患者出現癥狀初期，病毒在上呼吸道復制活躍，病毒載量高。初步結果顯示，遏制新冠病毒蔓延，主要控制飛沫傳播，而非排泄物、污染物的傳播。上呼吸道病毒濃度比SARS高1000倍以上。
       On April 1, the journal nature published a peer-reviewed paper, “Virological assessment of hospitalized patients with COVID-2019" by a team of German researchers. According to the article, the virus was found to replicate actively in the upper respiratory tract and the viral load was high in the early stage of symptoms of covid-19 patients. The preliminary results showed that the virus spread and transmission was mainly controlled by droplets rather than feces and pollutants. The upper respiratory virus concentration is more than 1000 times higher than SARS.

       China private enterprises are taking action!

       3月31日，湖北中油優藝環�？萍加邢薰�司，在生態環境部對外合作與交流中心的協助下，向伊朗伊斯蘭共和國捐贈40萬只醫用防護口罩和一臺日處理能力為10噸的醫療廢物處理設備，還提供技術服務，分享了防疫經驗，捐贈總值約550萬元人民幣。捐贈儀式在伊朗駐華大使館舉行。
       An environmental company from Hubei provincial capital Wuhan, the hardest hit city by COVID-19 in China, has donated 5.5 million yuan ($776,616) of goods to Iran to help its battle against the novel coronavirus outbreak. 
       Donated by Hubei Zhongyou Youyi Environmental Protection Co, the goods include 400,000 medical face masks and a mobile medical waste disposal facility with a daily disposing capacity of 10 metric tons. 
       With the help of the Foreign Economic Cooperation Office, Ministry of Ecology and Environment, the donations have been shifted to Iran's embassy in Beijing and left for the country following a ceremony in Beijing on 31st March, according to a media release from the office.

       把握好2小時、12小時、24小時“三個時限”
       醫療機構發現病例后2小時內發送網絡報告、檢測機構12小時內反饋檢測結果、疾控機構24小時內完成流行病學調查并追蹤密切接觸者，發現一起，撲滅一起。
       Grasp the "three time limits" of 2 hours, 12 hours and 24 hours, send the network report within 2 hours after the medical institution finds the case, feedback the test results within 12 hours by the testing institution, and complete the epidemiological investigation and track the close contacts within 24 hours under the cooperation of the disease control institution.
       抓好重點地區、重點場所、重點人群防控“三個重點”。落實15項防控方案要求，通過明察暗訪、督導、調研等方式，查找養老院、福利院、精神病院等特殊場所的薄弱環節，督促整改落實。組建心理援助服務組，指導老年人、兒童、孕產婦、學生等加強個人防護。

       落實“五包一”社區防控責任制。發放一張社工聯系卡、一張疫情明白紙、一支體溫計、一包防護手套、一包醫用口罩“五個一”工具包。做到排查、管控、監督、宣教、關愛“五個到位” 。

       2019-Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) lgG / lgM Detection Kit (Colloidal Gold-Based) Instruction for Use
