Preface

       中國民營經濟國際合作商會創辦《中外民間交流》簡報，其目的是在全球抗擊新冠病毒的背景下，讓國外民間組織和廣大朋友通過這一窗口，更多地了解中國和全球抗擊疫情的一些動態，以及在抗擊疫情中的專家觀點、經驗分享、衛生常識、企業合作和防護物資需求等相關信息，成為中外民間組織交流合作的一個平臺。簡報每周兩期，希望她能夠為大家帶來一些新信息、新情況、新渠道。愿我們通過交流成為好朋友、好伙伴！

       The purpose of "The Brief Report on non government exchanges between China and foreign countries ",  which was compiled and printed by China International  Chamber of Commerce for the Private Sector, is to let foreign non-governmental organizations and friends know more about the trends of China and the world in the fight against the novel coronavirus  through this window, as well as experts' opinions, experience sharing, sense of common health care knowledge,  information on enterprise cooperation and demand for protective materials, to make it becoming a platform for exchanges and cooperation between Chinese and foreign non-governmental organization. We hope it can bring you some new information, new situation and new channels. May we become good friends and partners through exchanges!

       China’s COVID-19 epidemic map

       4月2日，中國累計確診82394例，現存確診2834例。共有7個省無現存確診病例，1日新增55起，35為境外輸入。
       By 2nd April, the number of total confirmed cases is 82394, while existing case is 2834. No existing case in 7 of 34 provinces. 35 of 55 new case were imported case during last 24h.

       By 2nd April, global total confirmed increased to 937567 cases. Global total deaths increased to 47256.

       Global COVID-19 epidemic situation

      （1）全球確診病例突破93萬，死亡人數突破4.7萬。
       The number of COVID-19 cases surpassed 930,000 globally and more than 47,000 people have lost their lives.
      （2）4月1日，美國成為第一個確診人數突破20萬的國家,單日死亡人數也達到了創紀錄的884。 
       On April 1st, US became the first country with more than 200,000 COVID-19 and sets new single day record with 884 deaths. 
      （3）4月2日，西班牙確診人數超中國。 
       On April 2nd, the number of COVID-19 cases in Spain have surpassed the number of China. 
      （4）世衛組織提醒歐洲各國，要防止疫情通過難民進行擴散。
       WHO reminds countries to prevent the epidemic spreading through refugees.

      （1）4月2日，因流動性已滿足需要，中國人民銀行取消計劃的逆回購操作。
       On 2nd April, the People's Bank of China (PBOC), the country's central bank, skipped reverse repos Thursday, citing reasonably sufficient liquidity in the money market.
      （2）4月2日，中國西藏自治區首府拉薩的214個宗教場所對外開放。
       Lhasa, capital of Tibet autonomous region, has resumed the operations of 214 religious sites in rural areas since Tuesday, as the COVID-19 outbreak has basically been brought under control in the region on 2nd April.
      （3）中國正在采取措施保證出口醫療物資的質量。
       China has adopted new measures to ensure the quality of medical supply exports such as COVID-19 test kits and surgical masks, which are expected to offer more robust guarantees on these products, experts said on Wednesday.

       World Economic Trends

      （1）4月1日，貝萊德(Blackrock) 董事總經理Amer Bisat表示，受新冠疫情影響，2020年上半年全球經濟可能萎縮11%，經濟產出損失6萬億美元。
       On 1st April, Blackrock’s managing director Amer Bisat said on Wednesday that the world economy could contract by 11% in the first half of 2020 and lose $6 trillion in economic output due to the coronavirus pandemic.
      （2）國際能源署(IEA)周三發布的報告稱，全球新冠疫情危機將影響石油供應鏈，并傳導至整個能源行業。
       The global crisis caused by the coronavirus pandemic will be felt throughout oil’s global supply chains and ripple into other parts of the energy sector, the International Energy Agency (IEA) said in a report on Wednesday.

       3月31日，中國正采取措施減免小微企業稅費，助力恢復生產。
       China is contemplating more measures to ease the tax burden of small and medium-sized enterprises, amid the accelerated production resumption, officials said on 31st March.

      （1）4月1日，中國工程院院士、國家衛健委高級別專家組組長鐘南山認為，疫情預計不會在中國第二次爆發。
       On April 1st, Zhong Nanshan, Academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering and leader of high level expert group of national health commission, said that epidemic will not break out again in China.
      （2）《科學》雜志3月31日刊登文章指出，中國在疫情爆發的早期隔離措施可能避免了70萬例傳染。
       The China’s early confinement methods has potentially averted more than 700,000 additional cases, published by Science on 31st March .

       During the outbreak of epidemic in China, NEXT Federation send us a consolation letter. They wrote in the letter that at the difficult time for the Chinese people to fight against the new coronavirus epidemic, we would like to express our firm support to the Chinese people on behalf of NEXT Federation, and to express our deep condolences to the relatives and friends of those who died. We see that the Chinese government is taking more decisive measures to curb the epidemic. We appreciate the firm and quick determination of the Chinese government. The epidemic has no borders.        China private enterprises are taking action!

       3月28日，為支援柬埔寨抗擊新冠疫情，紅豆集團向柬埔寨捐贈了100萬只口罩。這是由紅豆集團西港特區公司協調，中方控股股東紅豆集團緊急生產的口罩。對此，柬埔寨首相洪森夫人、柬埔寨紅十字會主席文拉妮致函感謝。
       On March 28, Hongdou Group donated 1 million masks to Cambodia to help Cambodia's fight against the COVID-19. 
       Prime Minister of Cambodia Mrs. Hun Sen and President of the Cambodian Red Cross Wen Lani sent a letter of thanks.

       中國防控新冠肺炎的經驗分享：“3 4 5”模式和方案（第二部分）
       China Anti-coronavirus disease "345" model experience（Patr2）

       把好社區防控、發熱門診、面對面流調“三道防線”。
       Control community prevention and control, fever clinic, face-to-face crowd examination "three lines of defense". 
       社區防控：武漢市2輪集中拉網式大排查，深入13個區，對258個街道、485個社區、116家社區衛生服務中心（站）進行蹲點巡查，做到“不落一戶、不漏一人”。落實網格化防控措施，實現對所有小區（村）24小時封閉式管理。
       Community prevention and control: two rounds of centralized screening in Wuhan, carry out spot inspection in 13 districts, 258 streets, 485 communities, 116 community health service centers (stations) so as to achieve "no one household, no one missed". Implement grid control measures to achieve 24-hour closed management of all communities (villages).
       發熱門診：充分發揮醫療機構發熱門診預檢分診、檢測報告“兩張網”作用，緊緊扭住核酸檢測這一樞紐環節，不斷提升檢測能力、效率和質量。
       Fever clinic: give full play to the pre-examination and triage of fever clinic in medical institutions, the role of "two nets" in monitoring reports, tightly grasp the pivotal link of nucleic acid detection, and constantly improve the detection ability, efficiency and quality.
       湖北省核酸檢測能力從每天300人份提高到3.5萬人份，反饋結果時間從6天縮短到4-6小時。做到疑似病例、發熱病人和密切接觸者“應檢盡檢、日清日結”。
       The ability of nucleic acid detection in Hubei Province has increased from 300 to 35000 per day, and the time of feedback results has been shortened from 6 days to 4-6 hours. For suspected cases, febrile patients and close contacts, we should "do our best, send them for immediate inspection, and make them clear every day". 
       面對面流調：組成近1300個流調小分隊，貫徹防控工作方案和“四早”技術方案，僅在武漢市就累計完成1.2萬名病例流調，3.7萬名密切接觸人員追蹤調查。
       Face to face crowd examination: nearly 1300 crowd examination teams were formed to implement the prevention and control work plan and the "four early" technical plan. In Wuhan alone, examination of 12000 case and 37000 close contacts were completed.

       2019-Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) lgG / lgM Detection Kit (Colloidal Gold-Based) Instruction for Use
