Preface

       中國民營經濟國際合作商會創辦《中外民間交流》簡報，其目的是在全球抗擊新冠病毒的背景下，讓國外民間組織和廣大朋友通過這一窗口，更多地了解中國和全球抗擊疫情的一些動態，以及在抗擊疫情中的專家觀點、經驗分享、衛生常識、企業合作和防護物資需求等相關信息，成為中外民間組織交流合作的一個平臺。簡報每周兩期，希望能夠為大家帶來一些新信息、新情況、新渠道。愿我們通過交流成為好朋友、好伙伴！
       The purpose of "The Brief Report on non government exchanges between China and foreign countries ",  which was compiled and printed by China International  Chamber of Commerce for the Private Sector,  is to let foreign non-governmental organizations and friends know more about the trends of China and the world in the fight against the novel coronavirus  through this window, as well as experts' opinions, experience sharing, sense of common health care knowledge,  information on enterprise cooperation and demand for protective materials,  to make it  becoming a platform for exchanges and cooperation between Chinese and foreign non-governmental organization. We hope it can bring you some new information, new situation and new channels. May we become good friends and partners through exchanges!

       3月26日，中國累計確診81439例，現存確診4479例。共有8個省無現存確診病例，昨天新增67起，全為境外輸入。
       By 26th march, the number of total confirmed cases is 81439, while existing case is 4479. No existing case in 8 of 34 provinces. 67 of 67 new case were imported case during last 24h.

       （1）全球確診病例突破47萬，死亡人數突破2萬。
       The number of COVID-19 cases surpassed 470,000 globally and more than 20,000 people have lost their lives.
       （2）3月25日，世衛組織聲稱美國將成為下一個世界疫情傳播中心。
       On march 25th, the World Health Organization said the United States could become the next epicenter of the global pandemic.
       （3）3月24日，印度宣布實施全國隔離以對抗疫情。
       In a bid to fight against the COVID-19 pandemic, Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday announced a "countrywide lockdown" for 21 days, beginning 24th march at 24:00 hours.

       （1）習近平將出席G20峰會討論共同應對疫情。
       President Xi Jinping will attend in Beijing on Thursday an extraordinary virtual G20 leaders' summit on coping with the novel coronavirus.
       （2）今年前兩個月，中國的石油天然氣生產和進口都有所增長。
       China's production of natural gas and crude oil kept growing in the first two months, according to data from the National Bureau of Statistics. Domestic crude oil output rose 3.7 percent year on year to 32 million tonnes from January to February, while imports increased 5.2 percent from a year earlier to 86.09 million tonnes. Some 99.19 million tonnes of crude oil were processed during the two months, down 3.8 percent year on year. The country's natural gas production posted a faster growth, with domestic output rising 8 percent to 31.4 billion cubic meters. Imports hit 17.8 million tonnes, up 2.8 percent year on year.

       China's competitive advantage in the global supply chain has not been shaken by the novel coronavirus and the country will remain a hot spot for foreign investment.
       （4）武漢等地陸續恢復生產，為穩定就業和刺激消費貢獻力量。
       Diversified industries have resumed production to generate employment and stimulate consumption after the shutdown due to the novel coronavirus outbreak. Some public buses have started transportation in Wuhan, Central China's Hubei province. Employees in the manufacturing, auto and sports industries have also started work to achieve this year's poverty alleviation goal while fighting coronavirus.

       （1）日本首相安倍晉三宣布2020年東京奧運會推遲，這是124年以來的第一次。
       Japan and the International Olympic Committee on Tuesday agreed to postpone the 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games for a year because of the novel coronavirus outbreak, after Japanese Prime Minster Shinzo Abe and IOC President Thomas Bach held a teleconference.
In what would be a first in the 124-year history of the modern Olympics, Abe proposed a one-year postponement for the Games, saying it was unavoidable as the Games could not be held in a complete manner amid the pandemic.
       （2）3月25日，受美國刺激經濟政策影響，全球股市大漲。
       Financial markets across the world, particularly those in Asia and Europe, gained confidence on 25th march as investors renewed faith that stronger government interventions may help soften economic blows from the novel coronavirus outbreak.
       （3）世界貿易組織(WTO)總干事3月25日講到，從預測顯示，由新冠病毒大流行造成的經濟萎縮和失業情況，將比2008年經濟衰退更為嚴重。
       The World Trade Organization (WTO) director-general，Azevedo, said on Wednesday that forecasts show that the economic contraction and unemployment caused by the coronavirus pandemic will be more severe than 2008. 
       （4）3月25日，美股標普500指數連漲第二日，投資者等待2萬億美元刺激議案投票結果。
       The S&P 500 rallied for a second straight session on Wednesday as the U.S. Senate appeared near a vote on a $2 trillion package to support businesses and households devastated by the coronavirus pandemic.
       （5）因需求持續不振，原油價格漲跌互現，但刺激措施或支持油價。
       Oil prices were mixed on Thursday following three days of gains, with the prospect of rapidly dwindling demand due to coronavirus travel bans and lockdowns offsetting hopes a U.S. $2 trillion emergency stimulus will shore up economic activity.

       國務院上周出版了一份旨在推動就業和幫扶企業的手冊，范圍包括國有企業、公共機構以及小型企業。
       The State Council, China's cabinet, issued a guideline last week calling for fast-tracking targeted tax and fee reductions and increasing the amount and coverage of unemployment insurance premium refunds. The guideline also urged wider recruitment from state-owned enterprises and public institutions, as well as more incentives for smaller companies to hire college graduates.

       （1）3月23日，香港大學等機構在學術期刊《柳葉刀·傳染病》刊文指出，新型冠狀肺炎患者的唾液病毒載量，在癥狀出現后的第一周最高。與嚴重急性呼吸綜合征（SARS）不同，新冠肺炎患者在初期具有最高的病毒載量，可以解釋新冠肺炎快速傳播的特性。
       On March 23, an article in the academic journal "The Lancet · Infectious Diseases" of the University of Hong Kong pointed out that the salivary viral load of patients with COVID-19 was highest in the first week after the onset of symptoms, and then decreased over time. Unlike SARS, patients with COVID-19 have the highest viral load in the early stages, which can explain the rapid spread of virus.
       （2）3月25日，中國工程院院士、國家衛健委高級別專家組組長鐘南山與歐洲各國的醫學專家召開視頻會議，對中醫藥防治新冠肺炎的優勢作了介紹。
       On march 25th, Zhong Nanshan, Academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering and leader of high level expert group of national health commission, introduced the advantages of Chinese traditional medicine to experts from Germany, Britain, Italy and Romania through an online conference.

       疫情期間，吉爾吉斯斯坦的前海關總署署長阿卜杜卡伊、投資促進保護署烏魯克和該國駐華大使館阿露娜、達尼爾，分別發來視頻。他們慰問中國人民，高度贊賞中國政府為抗擊疫情所做的一切，對奮戰在一線的全體工作人員表示感謝。希望并相信中國人民最終一定會戰勝疫情。
       During the stage of the COVID-19, Abdul Kay, former director of the General Administration of Customs of Kyrgyzstan, Uluk of the Kyrgyz Investment Promotion Agency, and Aluna and Danier of the Embassy of the Kyrgyz Republic in China sent video messages of greetings to the Chinese people. In the video, they highly appreciate what the Chinese government has done to combat the epidemic and express their gratitude to all the staff who have fought on the front line. They hope the Chinese people will eventually overcome the epidemic.

       China private enterprises are taking action!

       3月21日下午，華堅集團舉行簡短的防疫物資捐贈儀式，向埃塞俄比亞、肯尼亞、盧旺達、贊比亞等四國首批捐贈物資。隨后將再向剛果（布）、吉布提、津巴布韋、烏干達四個國家捐贈第二批物資。此次向非洲多國捐贈的防疫物資，累計價值500萬元，包括防護服7000套、隔離衣7000套、KN95口罩83000只、醫用外科口罩44000只、一次性外科口罩108萬只、紅外線體溫槍500把。
       On march 21st, a short ceremony of the donation against the epidemic has been hold by Huajian Group, an enterprise that sells daily necessities especially shoes to African. The medical supplies, including 7,000 piece of protectable clothing, 7,000 piece of isolation gown, 83,000 N95 masks, 44,000 medical masks, 1,080,000 disposable masks and 500 infrared thermometers, values 5 million RMB in total. 
       The first batch of protective medical supplies goes to Ehioipia, Kenya, Rwanda and Zambia and a following donation goes to Republic of the Congo, Djibouti, Zimbabwe and Uganda.

 

抗疫衛生常識介紹

       近日，隨著全國疫情防控形勢持續向好，許多餐飲機構正在逐步恢復營業，那么，消費者在排隊和用餐過程中如何做好個人防護？
       Recently, with the situation of China’s epidemic prevention and control continuing to improve, many catering institutions are gradually returning to business, so how to do personal protection for consumers in the process of queuing and dining? 
       1、排隊時：佩戴口罩，減少語言交流，與相鄰顧客保持一定的安全距離。排隊時如打噴嚏，請用紙巾遮住口鼻，或者采用肘部遮擋等。
       1. In line. When queuing, wear masks, reduce language communication, and keep a certain safe distance with adjacent customers.If you sneeze in line, cover your mouth and nose with a paper towel or your elbow.
       2、取餐時：應避免用手觸碰頻繁接觸的物品表面。付款時盡量選擇二維碼等非直接接觸的電子支付方式，減少使用現金結算。
       2. When taking a meal. When taking meals, avoid touching the surface of frequently contacted objects directly with your hands. When making payment, try to choose non-contact electronic payment methods such as sweeping code to reduce the use of cash settlement.
       3、就餐前：選擇表面清潔的桌椅且靠近門窗等通風較好的位置就坐，并注意避免發生聚集。注意手的衛生，可用洗手液在流水狀態下洗手或用消毒液揉搓雙手。
       3. Before dining. 
       Before dining, choose the table and chair with clean surface and close to doors and windows and other places with good ventilation, but pay attention to avoid aggregation. To pay attention to hand hygiene, you can wash your hands with hand sanitizer in running water or rub your hands with hand sanitizer.
       4、用餐時：用餐過程中，摘下口罩時要注意保持口罩內側的清潔，避免污染。避免面對面就坐，可以選擇同向而坐，且相隔一米以上。盡量縮短就餐時間，減少同餐人員的交流。如果就餐人員較多，可選擇打包帶走的方式。
       4. At meal. In the process of dining, when taking off the mask, pay attention to keep the inside of the mask clean to avoid pollution. Avoid face-to-face sitting, you can choose to sit in the same direction, and more than one meter apart.Try to shorten the dining time and reduce the communication of colleagues. If there are many dining staff in the restaurant, you should choose the way of packing and taking away.
       5、就餐后：應立刻離開餐廳，減少在餐廳的逗留時間。
