Preface

       中國民營經濟國際合作商會創辦《中外民間交流》簡報，其目的是在全球抗擊新冠病毒的背景下，讓國外民間組織和廣大朋友通過這一窗口，更多地了解中國和全球抗擊疫情的一些動態，以及在抗擊疫情中的專家觀點、經驗分享、衛生常識、企業合作和防護物資需求等相關信息，成為中外民間組織交流合作的一個平臺。簡報每周兩期，希望她能夠為大家帶來一些新信息、新情況、新渠道。愿我們通過交流成為好朋友、好伙伴！

       The purpose of "The Brief Report on non government exchanges between China and foreign countries ",  which was compiled and printed by China International  Chamber of Commerce for the Private Sector,  is to let foreign non-governmental organizations and friends know more about the trends of China and the world in the fight against the novel coronavirus  through this window, as well as experts' opinions, experience sharing, sense of common health care knowledge,  information on enterprise cooperation and demand for protective materials,  to make it  becoming a platform for exchanges and cooperation between Chinese and foreign non-governmental organization.        3月23日，中國累計確診81439例，現存確診5501例。共有10個省無現存確診病例，昨天新增39起全為境外輸入。

       By 23th march, the number of total confirmed cases is 81439, while existing case is 5501. No existing case in 10  of 34 provinces. 39 of 39 new case were imported case during last 24h.

       （1）3月21日，中國軍事科學院陳薇院士團隊研制的重組新冠疫苗獲批開展志愿者臨床試驗。
       The first clinical trial of the novel coronavirus vaccine in China has kicked off as volunteers taking part in the project started to share their experience on social media, a Chinese newspaper reported on Saturday.
       （2）3月21日，全球新冠肺炎確診病例已超30萬，死亡人數突破1萬。
       The number of COVID-19 cases worldwide topped 300,000 and more than 10,000 people have lost their lives as of 6 p.m. U.S. Eastern Time on Saturday (2200 GMT), according to the Center for Systems Science and Engineering (CSSE) at Johns Hopkins University.
       （3）3月20日，世衛組織聲稱，武漢確診零增長的現狀為世界帶來希望。
       On March 20th, the World Health Organization announced that the current situation of zero growth in Wuhan diagnosis has brought hopt to the world.
       （4）中藥對抗新冠病毒療效顯著，挽救西醫失控，人民日報盛贊中醫院士。
       Compared to western medicine, traditional Chinese medicine has been playing a more critical role in the prevention, treatment and rehabilitation of the COVID-19 at the beginning of epidemic. Three academicians of Chinese Academy of Engineering are awarded by Chinese government for saving lots of lives in Wuhan with traditional Chinese medicine.

       （1）習近平向法國、德國、西班牙、塞爾維亞等受疫情影響嚴重的國家致慰問電。
       On march 21th, President Xi Jinping has sent messages of sympathy to French President Emmanuel Macron, German Chancellor Angela Merkel, Spanish King Felipe VI and Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic over the outbreak of the COVID-19.
       （2）3月20日，中國股市在全球下跌狂潮中保持穩定。
       On march 20th, China's stock market withstood another round of overseas sell-offs on Thursday, pointing to growing market resilience against the current global financial turmoil, analysts said. The key Shanghai Composite Index ended down by 0.98 percent to close at 2,702.13, while the ChiNext Index, which tracks Shenzhen's innovative startup-heavy board, rose by 0.42 percent to 1,894.94.
       （3）3月20日，中國政府收到新興發展銀行9.9億美元的緊急援助。
       On march 20th, the Chinese government received a 7 billion yuan ($990 million) Emergency Assistance Program Loan from the New Development Bank, the largest sovereign debt so far provided by an international financial organization in combating the outbreak of COVID-19, the Ministry of Finance said on Friday.
       （4）截至3月20日，中國除湖北外，重點項目復工率為89.1%。
       By march 20th, China's businesses are gradually getting back to work, as around 11,000 key projects outside of Hubei province have resumed work at a rate of 89.1 percent as of Friday, the country's top economic planner said on Saturday.
       （5）2月份中國就業市場保持穩定。
       China's job market remained generally stable in February, with the surveyed unemployment rate in urban areas standing at 6.2 percent, official data showed Monday.
       （6）中歐班列正向西班牙等歐洲各國運送防疫物資。
       On march 21th, A freight train carrying donated face masks and other anti-coronavirus supplies departed Yiwu city in east China Saturday morning for Madrid, Spain. The donation included 110,000 surgical masks and 766 protective suits. It was the first China-Europe freight train to carry anti-epidemic supplies to Europe, which will arrive in Madrid in about two weeks.

       （1）國際貨幣基金組織官員認為，中國經濟恢復正常，但風險依然存在。
       Chinese economy normalizing but stark risks remain: IMF WASHINGTON (Reuters) - China’s economy is beginning to show some signs of normalization after the full-blown shock caused by coronavirus but stark risks remain, International Monetary Fund officials said in a blog on the economic impact of the pandemic.
       （2）自疫情開始以來，歐美股市均已狂跌超30%。
       As of the market close on march 18th, US stock markets had declined about 30 percent from all-time highs reached less than a month ago. European losses since the start of the virus are even greater. The FTSE index of the London Stock Exchange was down 32 percent in the past month (Feb 19 to March 18) and the Frankfurt DAX index was down 38 percent, indicating extreme concern about the future of European economies. Both the FTSE and the DAX were largely flat for the five years preceding the epidemic, so these declines represent huge declines in the long-term wealth of investors in these markets.

       （1）3月23日，中國工程院院士、國家衛健委高級別專家組成員李蘭娟在武漢表示，中國面臨的境外輸入性感染的防控任務非常艱巨。
       On march 23th, Li Lanjuan, Academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering and member of high level expert group of national health commission, said in Wuhan that now, the control of imported infections turns to the most important job. there is still a massive demand for communication and cooperation among cities.
       （2）3月17日，世衛組織歐洲區主任克魯格在接受媒體在線新聞發布會時說：“歐洲首次成為冠狀病毒疫情的震中，每個國家無一例外都必須采取最大膽的行動來阻止或減慢病毒的傳播�！�
       Every country in Europe should be taking the “boldest” actions possible to try to halt or slow the epidemic of COVID-19 disease caused by the new coronavirus, the World Health Organization’s European director said on Tuesday.

       During the stage of the COVID-19 epidemic, Mr Henrich Guntermann, the head of the German and European CICCPS team in Leipzig, and his colleagues sent the video to us. They would like to convey a short message to our brothers, friends and partners in China:
       We know that you are undergoing a very difficult situation right now fighting the Corona virus pandemic. Social and business life of Chinese citizens is affected very much right now. But we all feel very confident that by the rigorous measures taken by the Chinese government, there will be a quick and positive return to normal.
       We are very enthusiastic, given the projects we have in our pipeline, that, together with our Chinese CICCPS colleagues, we will create a lot of sustainable value for both China and Germany.
So, in this situation we wish you a lot of strength to get through it, but we are very confident that you will make it very soon. Our hearts go with China and we are always thinking of you !  

       （2）疫情期間，意大利外交官馬非同先生也向我會發來視頻祝福，他祝所有的中國朋友盡快回到正常的生活，可以出去玩，走一走。希望疫情盡結束。
       During the same time, Mr. Maffettone, the Italian diplomat, also sent us video greetings. He wished all Chinese friends to return normal life ASAP, so that we could go out to play and have a walk. Hoped the virus could be solved ASAP. 

       中國民企在行動
       China private enterprises are taking action!

       3月19日，吉利汽車攜手李書福基金會，向德國、瑞典和英國捐贈約200萬人民幣的防控疫情物資。
物資包括一次性醫用口罩、一次性醫用手套、防護服和護目鏡，這些醫療物資將幫助上述國家更好地對抗疫情。
       吉利汽車承諾將會進一步捐贈更多的醫療物資抗擊疫情。
       On march 19th, Chinese car maker Geely is working with the Li Shufu Charity Foundation, sponsored by the car maker's chairman, to donate epidemic-fighting supplies valued at 2 million yuan ($282,721) to Germany, Sweden and the UK.
       The supplies include disposable surgical masks, disposable medical gloves, protective clothing and goggles, which should support the countries in combating the novel coronavirus outbreak.
As the epidemic is spreading across the world, overseas cases of the novel coronavirus surpassed 130,000, with a spate of outbreaks in some European countries. The global situation is grim.
       Geely said it would further expand donations of medical supplies if the epidemic intensifies.

       飛機上的防護措施非常詳細，分享給需要的人[加油]（第三部分）
       Anti-virus Protection Suggestion during the Flight(Part 3)
       各環節防護如下：
       Following the instructions:
       每次摘除口罩、帽子、手套、鞋套的時候，一定要分清污染面和清潔面（污染面=凡是接觸空氣的面=有病毒的面，清潔面=接觸自己皮膚的面）。
       When removing masks, hats, gloves and shoe covers, make sure to distinguish the contaminated surface and the cleaned surface (contaminated surface = the surface contacting air = the surface with virus, the cleaned surface = the surface contacting your own skin). 
       摘除的步驟：
       Removal steps:
       第一步：打開一個不漏氣的未被污染的小塑料袋。
       Step 1: open a small, airtight, uncontaminated plastic bag. 
       第二步：先摘帽子、口罩——脫鞋套——最后脫手套。
       Step 2: first remove the hat, mask, shoe cover, and gloves. 
       注意：A，要摘一個放一個到備好的塑料袋里，不能摘完后一起放入塑料袋。B，脫手套后，自己的手一定不能碰到污染面=有病毒的面。C，立即扎緊塑料袋，使其不漏氣，放入指定的類似于口罩回收垃圾箱。決不能二次打開塑料袋，只要一打開病毒就可能飄在空氣中！
       Note: A. put one in the prepared plastic bag, not put them in the plastic bag together. B. After removing the gloves, your hand must not touch the contaminated surface = virus surface. C. Immediately fasten the plastic bag to make it airtight and put it into the designated recycling bin similar to the mask,. Never open the plastic bag twice, if you do so, just like open the virus and it will float in the air!
       摘下舊口罩時屏住氣，馬上把新口罩戴上。這都得事前準備好。
       Hold your breath when you take off the old mask, and immediately put on the new one. This has to be prepared in advance. 
       戴口罩的步奏與上面相反，最后戴手套！
       The procedure of wearing a mask is the opposite of the above one. Finally, wear gloves!
       只要你這樣一路嚴格的防護，你就會安全地回家，不必擔心。雖然麻煩，但這個措施既科學又嚴厲。傳染病房工作的醫護人員就是采取這樣的防護方法。看似簡單的步奏和辦法，連醫護醫護人員都要經過嚴格、反復的訓練，你們上飛機前要認真看一看這個步奏，并且隨時分清楚清潔和污染。
       As long as you are protected all the way, you will go home safely. So don't worry, it's troublesome, but it works. This measure is both scientific and strict. The medical staff working in the infectious ward take such protective measures. Seemingly simple steps and methods, even medical staff have to go through strict, repeated training. Therefore, before you get on the plane, you should take a look at this step carefully, and distinguish cleaning and pollution at any time.
       總體來說，中國有了武漢的教訓，中國的航空公司的機艙的消毒應該比其他航空公司嚴密。
       In general, China has learned from Wuhan that the cabin disinfection of Chinese airlines should be stricter than that of other airlines.
