前    言
Preface

       中國民營經濟國際合作商會創辦《中外民間交流》簡報，其目的是在全球抗擊新冠病毒的背景下，讓國外民間組織和廣大朋友通過這一窗口，更多地了解中國和全球抗擊疫情的一些動態，以及在抗擊疫情中的專家觀點、經驗分享、衛生常識、企業合作和防護物資需求等相關信息，成為中外民間組織交流合作的一個平臺。簡報每周兩期，希望她能夠為大家帶來一些新信息、新情況、新渠道。愿我們通過交流成為好朋友、好伙伴！

       The purpose of "The Brief Report on non government exchanges between China and foreign countries ",  which was compiled and printed by China International  Chamber of Commerce for the Private Sector, is to let foreign non-governmental organizations and friends know more about the trends of China and the world in the fight against the novel coronavirus  through this window, as well as experts' opinions, experience sharing, sense of common health care knowledge,  information on enterprise cooperation and demand for protective materials, to make it becoming a platform for exchanges and cooperation between Chinese and foreign non-governmental organization. We hope it can bring you some new information, new situation and new channels. May we become good friends and partners through exchanges!

       China’s COVID-19 epidemic map

       4月16日，中國累計確診83367例，現存確診1941例。共有8個省無現存確診病例，昨日新增52例，34例為境外輸入。
       By 16th April, the number of total confirmed cases is 83,367, while existing case is 1941. No existing case in 8 of 34 provinces. 34 of 52 new case were imported case during last 24h.

       By 16th April, global total confirmed increased to 2,062,485 cases. Global total deaths increased to 136,908.

       Global COVID-19 epidemic situation

      （1）全球確診病例突破200萬，死亡人數突破13萬。
       The number of COVID-19 cases surpassed 2,000,000 globally and more than 130,000 people have lost their lives.
      （2）世衛組織對美國停止撥款的做法深感遺憾。
       The World Health Organization, or WHO, said on 15th April it regrets the US decision to halt funding to the organization and it was assessing the possible impact. 
      （3）4月12日，由中國軍事科學院陳薇院士團隊研發的重組新冠病毒疫苗開展世界首批二期臨床試驗。
       On 12th April, the global first phase II clinical trials of rebuilt COVID-19 vaccine have been deployed by the team of Chen Wei, Academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering and leader of Chinese Academy of Military Science.

      （1）4月16日數據顯示，中國70個大型城市三月份房價略有上漲，房市保持穩定。
       China continued to see a generally stable housing market in March, with home prices in 70 major cities showing milder month-on-month increases, official data showed 16th Thursday.
      （2）世界油價下行，中國提高原油儲備。
       While oil price plunges will impact the global economy, which is already reeling from the coronavirus pandemic, China－the world's top crude importer－is likely to boost its oil reserves amid the bargain price environment, said insiders.
      （3）由于復工和有效控制新冠疫情等利好，中國的海運經濟正快速恢復。
       China's maritime economy has quickened work and production resumption with the weather warming up and the novel coronavirus epidemic brought under control, the Ministry of Natural Resources said Tuesday.

       World Economic Trends

      （1）國際貨幣基金組織(IMF)4月16日表示，亞洲今年經濟增長將陷入停滯，為60年來首見。因新型冠狀病毒對于區域服務業及主要出口地構成的打擊“前所未見”。
       Asia’s economic growth this year will grind to a halt for the first time in 60 years, as the coronavirus crisis takes an “unprecedented” toll on the region’s service sector and major export destinations, the International Monetary Fund said on 16th April.
      （2）國際能源署(IEA)4月15日預測，4月石油需求同比減少2,900萬桶/日，降至25年來的最低水平。IEA并警告稱，產油國減產難以完全抵消近期需求下滑的影響。IEA預測2020年全球石油需求創紀錄地減少930萬桶/日，盡管其稱產油國為應對新冠疫情而采取的減產行動是個“良好開端”。
       On 15th April the International Energy Agency (IEA) forecast a 29 million barrel per day (bpd) dive in April oil demand to levels not seen in 25 years and warned no output cut by producers could fully offset the near-term falls facing the market.
       The IEA forecast a 9.3 million bpd drop in demand for 2020 despite what it called a “solid start” by producers following a record deal to curb supply in response to the coronavirus pandemic.

       4月15日，國務院召開會議，提出將出臺一系列支持措施，幫扶企業盡快擺脫疫情影響。
       China will take solid steps to implement supportive measures for enterprises to help them through challenges, and boost employment for college graduates, according to an executive meeting of the State Council on 15th April.

       4月14日，美國衛生組織干事加里薩稱，保持社交距離對防控疫情非常有必要，要對降低防控力度的做法保持高度謹慎。
       The Director of the Pan American Health Organization (PAHO), Carissa F. Etienne, said that social distancing measures are giving our societies a chance to prepare and respond to the COVID-19 pandemic and that, any attempt to transition to more flexible measures should be taken with extreme caution.

       China private enterprises are taking action!

       4月14日，華為向南非政府捐贈了四個華為云、人工智能（AI）診斷系統和四個熱掃描系統，以應對疫情。
       南非衛生部長茲韋利·姆基澤周二在華為約翰內斯堡總部接受捐贈時表示，信息和通信技術（ICT）是我們抗擊這種病毒的另一個重要武器。人工智能是一種重要的診斷方法，將提高醫療成功診斷和治療感染患者的幾率。
       Leading ICT solutions provider Huawei donated four Huawei Cloud, Artificial Intelligence (AI) diagnostic systems and four thermal scanning systems to help South Africa's fight against COVID-19.
       South African Health Minister Zweli Mkhize said AI was an important diagnostic method that would boost his team's efforts to successfully diagnose and treat infected patients.
       "Using Information and communications technology (ICT) is another important weapon in our arsenal to fight against this virus," he said when receiving the donation at Huawei's Johannesburg headquarters on 14th April.

       Anti-coronavirus experience shared by Doctor Zhang Wenhong（Part3）

       7、飲食：首先對于新冠病毒，目前沒有藥到病除的特效藥，大多人（尤其年輕人）可以靠營養治療康復，其中的關鍵是要攝入足夠的蛋白質，張教授對輕癥患者的日常飲食要求：一天至少要保證兩個雞蛋、兩杯牛奶、一頓有魚、一頓有牛肉。（張教授認為白粥和米飯蛋白質含量是遠不夠的）
       7. Diet: first of all, there is no specific medicine to eliminate the covid-19 at present. Most people (especially young people) can recover by nutritional treatment, the key is to take in enough protein. Professor Zhang's daily diet requirements for patients with mild illness: at least two eggs, two cups of milk, one meal with fish and one meal with beef a day. (Professor Zhang thinks that the protein content of porridge and rice is far from enough.)
       8、病例（上海）：目前以上海所有病例統計來看，小孩感染患者都是輕癥，80%患者通過飲食、中西醫輔助治療可自愈；20%患者需要依靠吸氧治療，兩個星期左右可自愈；只有3%~5%的重癥患者需要插管治療。
       8. Case (Shanghai): According to the statistics of all cases in Shanghai, the case of children are mild. 80% of the patients can recover themselves through diet and medicine; 20% of the patients rely on oxygen therapy, and can recover themselves within two weeks; only 3% - 5% of the severe patients need to be inserted.
       9、治愈后：1）治愈后基本不留后遺癥，不會出現類似SARS的肺纖維化；2）治愈后患者不會再傳染給他人；3）治愈后的抗體免疫力，目前吃不太準，不能絕對說有了抗體后以后就完全沒問題。
       9. After cure: 1) after cure, no sequelae will be left basically, no pulmonary fibrosis similar to SARS will appear; 2) after cure, the patient will not infect others again; 3) after cure, the level of antibody immunity is doubtable, it can not be absolutely said that there will be no problem after the antibody.
