前    言
Preface

       中國民營經濟國際合作商會創辦《中外民間交流》簡報，其目的是在全球抗擊新冠病毒的背景下，讓國外民間組織和廣大朋友通過這一窗口，更多地了解中國和全球抗擊疫情的一些動態，以及在抗擊疫情中的專家觀點、經驗分享、衛生常識、企業合作和防護物資需求等相關信息，成為中外民間組織交流合作的一個平臺。簡報每周兩期，希望她能夠為大家帶來一些新信息、新情況、新渠道。愿我們通過交流成為好朋友、好伙伴！

       The purpose of "The Brief Report on non government exchanges between China and foreign countries ",  which was compiled and printed by China International  Chamber of Commerce for the Private Sector, is to let foreign non-governmental organizations and friends know more about the trends of China and the world in the fight against the novel coronavirus  through this window, as well as experts' opinions, experience sharing, sense of common health care knowledge,  information on enterprise cooperation and demand for protective materials, to make it becoming a platform for exchanges and cooperation between Chinese and foreign non-governmental organization. We hope it can bring you some new information, new situation and new channels. May we become good friends and partners through exchanges!

       China’s COVID-19 epidemic map

       4月9日，中國累計確診82809例，現存確診2194例。共有6個省無現存確診病例，昨日新增92例，61例為境外輸入。
       By 9th April, the number of total confirmed cases is 82,809, while existing case is 2194. No existing case in 6 of 34 provinces. 61 of 92 new case were imported case during last 24h.

       By 9th April, global total confirmed increased to 1,514,866 cases. Global total deaths increased to 88,444.

      （1）全球確診病例突破150萬，死亡人數突破8萬。
       The number of COVID-19 cases surpassed 1,500,000 globally and more than 80,000 people have lost their lives.
      （2）4月7日，美國政府宣布將停止對世衛組織的資金支持，這會對全球抗疫造成重大影響。
      On 7th April, the announcement by the United States that it is considering ending its funding to the World Health Organization will seriously affect the organization's operations, and harm international cooperation in the fight against COVID-19.
      （3）4月8日，美國成為第一個確診人數突破40萬的國家。 
       On 8th April, US became the first country with more than 400,000 COVID-19 cases. 
      （4）4月8日，武漢結束封城。
       The 76-day lockdown of Wuhan ends on 8th April.

      （1）4月8日，習近平發表講話，號召做好長時間應對外部環境變化和疫情影響的思想和工作準備。
       China should fully prepare to deal with changes from the external environment for quite a long time given the continued spread of COVID-19 globally and the downward pressure facing the world economy, Xi Jinping, general secretary of the Communist Party of China Central Committee, said on 8th April.
      （2）經濟學家和投資者預測，中國有能力擺脫疫情影響，經濟形勢長期向好。
       China is capable of navigating its economy amid the COVID-19 fallout, and opportunities for the world's largest developing economy are promising in the long run despite virus-prompted challenges, economists and market strategists have said.
      （3）商務部發布11項措施支持中歐貨物運輸，幫助外貿企業恢復生產。
       The Ministry of Commerce has come out with 11 measures to support the operation of China-Europe freight train service, stabilize trade growth and help work resumption at export-oriented firms to mitigate the damage caused by the COVID-19 outbreak.

      （1）4月8日,世界黃金協會表示，3月份交易所交易基金（ETF）持有的黃金增加至創紀錄的3,185噸，價值1650億美元，原因是新冠病毒的爆發增加了對黃金的需求。
       Holdings of gold by exchange traded funds (ETFs) rose in March to a record high of 3,185 tons, worth $165 billion, the World Gold Council said on 8th April, as the coronavirus outbreak revs up demand for the metal.
      （2）4月9日,因市場對新冠病毒疫情預期接近見頂，各國政府出臺更多刺激措施和產油國達成減產協議提振油價等多方因素影響，亞洲股市大漲。
       Asian shares rose on 9th April on hopes the COVID-19 pandemic is nearing a peak and that governments would roll out more stimulus measures, while expectations of an oil production cut agreement bolstered crude prices.

       4月7日，中國發布新的跨境電商計劃。
       China announced plans on 7th April to establish new pilot zones for cross-border e-commerce, support the processing trade, and host an online version of the Canton Fair, its signature export fair, as some of the latest responses to curb the contagion's effect on trade activities.

      （1）4月2日，香港大學公共衛生學院的潘烈文、Malik Peiris（裴偉士）等研究者在《柳葉刀》上發表文章，闡述了對新冠病毒在不同材料表面上存活時間的研究。研究表明，新冠病毒能夠在口罩表面存活7天。
       COVID-19 can survive on the surface of the face mask for seven days, according to a recent study published in THE LANCET medical journal. In this paper published on April 2, researchers Pan Liewen, Malik Peiris and colleagues from the Hongkong University public health college described the survival time of COVID-19 on different materials.
      （2）美國紐約大學格羅斯曼醫學院的遺傳學家阿德里亞娜·何蓋伊（Adriana Heguy）表示，紐約市從尚未大規模檢測新冠病毒之前的2月份開始，到目前為止采集的樣本中分離的病毒毒株顯示，感染路徑來自歐洲。
       U.S. geneticists Adriana Heguy announced 8th April that the new coronavirus had begun to spread from Europe before it began mass testing in New York in February.

       China private enterprises are taking action!

       3月28日，佛山市東欣經貿有限公司聯合佛山市進出口商會,向德國因戈爾施塔特市和意大利錫耶納大學醫院捐贈2萬個一次性口罩，捐贈總值約6萬元。捐贈儀式在佛山市進出口商會舉行。
       Foshan Dongxin economic and Trade Co., Ltd. and Foshan import and Export Chamber of Commerce donated 20000 disposable masks to Ingolstadt City, Germany and Siena University Hospital, Italy, with a total donation value of about 60000 yuan. The donation ceremony was held in Foshan import and Export Chamber of Commerce.
       "Love is borderless. We hope to help them get through the difficulties as soon as possible and enhance the friendship between us through our non-governmental forces. " Said Wang Chidong, vice president of Foshan import and Export Chamber of Commerce and general manager of Dongxin economic and Trade Co., Ltd.

       張文宏醫生防控新冠肺炎的經驗分享
       Anti-coronavirus experience shared by Doctor Zhang Wenhong
       1、溫度：不要太指望隨著溫度升高新冠病毒會消失，新冠狀病毒可能要在50℃環境下才會失活，除了赤道地區，基本上達不到這種環境條件。
       1. Temperature: please do not expect too much that the COVID-19 will disappear along with the temperature increasing, because almost there isn’t such place where the temperature is higher than 50℃ except for the equator regions. Only temperature higher than 50℃ can kill the virous.
       2、疫苗：不要太指望短期內疫苗上市，目前疫苗研發最快的是中國與美國，其中中國與法國正在進行疫苗實驗合作，如在猴子（靈長類動物）身上實驗，疫苗上市至少要一年半。
       2. Vaccines: Do not expect too much vaccines to be marketed in the short term. Currently, the fastest vaccine development countries are China and the United States. Among them, China and France are conducting vaccine experiment cooperation, such as monkeys and primates. It will take at least one and a half year to be vaccinated.
       3、時間：預計全球疫情會持續1-2年，東亞、東南亞基本處于可控范圍，包括日本、新加坡等。未來相當長時間可能會處于醫療系統非常敏感、大家工作不慌不忙的常態化階段。
       3. Time: It is expected that the global epidemic will continue for 1-2 years, and the scope of East Asia and Southeast Asia is basically under control, including Japan.

       2019-Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) lgG / lgM Detection Kit (Colloidal Gold-Based) Instruction for Use
