       The purpose of "The Brief Report on non government exchanges between China and foreign countries ",  which was compiled and printed by China International  Chamber of Commerce for the Private Sector,  is to let foreign non-governmental organizations and friends know more about the trends of China and the world in the fight against the novel coronavirus  through this window, as well as experts' opinions, experience sharing, sense of common health care knowledge,  information on enterprise cooperation and demand for protective materials,  to make it  becoming a platform for exchanges and cooperation between Chinese and foreign non-governmental organization.        （1）3月15日，塞爾維亞總統(tǒng)武契奇對(duì)國際社會(huì)發(fā)出：“我不對(duì)歐洲團(tuán)結(jié)抗疫抱有任何希望，那只是個(gè)童話。而能夠在困境中幫助我們的唯一希望只有中國”。據(jù)悉，他已向中國發(fā)出求助信。
       Serbia's President Aleksandar Vucic slammed the European Union's decision on barring non-EU member countries from importing medical equipment from EU Countries. He branded European solidarity a "fairytale", and praised China instead, saying it was the only country that would help. A call for help was sent to China.
       （2）3月16日，中國軍事科學(xué)院陳薇院士團(tuán)隊(duì)研制的重組新冠疫苗獲批并啟動(dòng)展開臨床試驗(yàn)。
       On 16th march, the clinical trials of rebuilt COVID-19 vaccine have been deployed by the team of Chen Wei, Academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering and leader of Chinese Academy of Military Science. 
       （3）3月18日，全球確診病例已達(dá)20萬人以上，死亡病例超8千人。

       More than 200,000 cases of COVID-19 have been reported to WHO, and more than 8000 people have lost their lives.

       （1）3月16日，中國已有28個(gè)省份的3714家A級(jí)旅游景區(qū)恢復(fù)對(duì)外營業(yè)，復(fù)工率超過30%。

       （2）3月18日，湖北規(guī)模以上企業(yè)復(fù)工數(shù)量7600家，復(fù)工率接近50%。

       （3）3月19日，世衛(wèi)組織回應(yīng)特朗普稱新冠病毒為“中國病毒”，認(rèn)為只有團(tuán)結(jié)一致才能有效地抗擊病毒。
       On 19th march, WHO responses Trump’s “Chinese Virus”, that the virus knows no borders and we must be together, then we can and will prevail.
       （4）3月19日，中國80%的農(nóng)民工已回到工作崗位。
       By 19th march, about 80% Chinese peasant-workers has returned to work.
       （5）2月份，中國減免養(yǎng)老、失業(yè)、工傷三項(xiàng)社會(huì)保險(xiǎn)費(fèi)，累計(jì)1239億元。

       （6）3月以來，中國工業(yè)發(fā)電用電量比2月份上升10%，明顯回升，全國規(guī)模以上企業(yè)復(fù)工率超90%。

       新華社報(bào)道，3月18日石油價(jià)格大幅下跌，創(chuàng)下2003年以來的最低價(jià)格。

       March 18 (Xinhua) : Oil prices fell sharply on Wednesday as worries over weaker demand coupled with price-war fears gripped market participants. The West Texas Intermediate for April delivery decreased 24.4%, to settle at 20.37 dollars a barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange, marking its lowest level since Feb. 20, 2002. Brent crude for May delivery was down 13.4%, to close at 24.88 dollars a barrel on the London ICE Futures Exchange, with prices ending at their lowest since May, 2003.

       3月13日，國家發(fā)改委聯(lián)合各部委發(fā)布《關(guān)于促進(jìn)消費(fèi)擴(kuò)容提質(zhì)，加快形成強(qiáng)大國內(nèi)市場(chǎng)的實(shí)施意見》，從6個(gè)方面提出19條政策措施保障消費(fèi)。

       On march 13, 19 measures were outlined to help promote higher quality and an expansion of capacity in the consumption sector and foster a robust domestic market, according to a document jointly released by the National Development and Reform Commission and other 22 departments of China.

       （1）3月18日，中國工程院院士鐘南山認(rèn)為，新冠病毒目前不能證明一次感染可終身免疫，不能靠集體免疫來解決病毒，下一步最關(guān)鍵的是要通過國際合作很快生產(chǎn)出有效疫苗。

       On march 18th, Zhong Nanshan, Academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering and leader of high level expert group of national health commission, said that there is no evidence that a person becomes immune forever to coronavirus-related illnesses after having been infected once. The COVID-19 pandemic cannot be controlled by the herd immunity strategy and vaccines will be the key to ultimately tackling the virus.
       （2）世界頂級(jí)期刊《科學(xué)》和《柳葉刀》質(zhì)疑新冠病毒是從武漢華南海鮮市場(chǎng)傳出的論斷。

       The hypothesis that Huanan seafood market in Wuhan was the origin of COVID-19 was challenges by Global top journals Science and The Lancet. The market has been widely considered the source of the outbreak of a novel coronavirus. But the virus may have infected people elsewhere first.

       China private enterprises are taking action!

       3月12日,榮程集團(tuán)啟動(dòng)全球援助計(jì)劃。榮程普濟(jì)公益基金會(huì)籌備20萬只防疫口罩、3000件杜邦防護(hù)服及5000副醫(yī)用手套，緊急馳援意大利、韓國、日本、印尼等國，助力世界抗“疫”。捐助意大利的物資包括杜邦高級(jí)別醫(yī)用防護(hù)服1000件、一次性醫(yī)用口罩5萬只、醫(yī)療檢查手套5000副。

       On 12th march, a global aid project has been launched by Rockcheck Group following the call of Chinese government. The first batch of 56,000 protective medical supplies to Italy included 50,000 disposable masks, 5000 pairs of medical gloves and 1000 pieces of Dupont high level protective clothing. 144,000 more anti-virus products, including 150,000 masks and 2000 pieces of Dupont clothing are delivery in progress. By urgently deploying global resources to support the efforts of Italy, Japan, South Korea, Indonesia and other countries and regions against the epidemic, the enterprise is fulfilling its social responsibility around the world.

       Anti-virus Protection Suggestion during the Flight(Part 2)
       各環(huán)節(jié)防護(hù)如下：
       Following the instructions:
       整個(gè)旅途中，你的護(hù)照、手機(jī)和零錢用一個(gè)小包單裝，以免打開背包和行李箱
       put your passport, phone and cash in a sperate bag so that you don’t need to open your backpack or suitcase. 
       1.乘坐地鐵時(shí)，帶好口罩和手套，最好也帶個(gè)浴帽，出地鐵后將口罩、浴帽、手套扔垃圾桶，換上新的。
       1.Metro: wear your mask, gloves and bathing cap. Throw them away and wear new ones when exiting the metro.
       2.安檢后、登機(jī)前，再換一套新的浴帽、口罩和手套。這樣就可把各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)遇到肺炎病人的病毒給丟掉了。
       2.Wear new mask, gloves and bathing cap after the security check, then you can throw away the virus all the way you get.
       3. 托運(yùn)行李時(shí)，先把行李箱、背包、手機(jī)以至于你的外套表面和你穿的毛衣、褲子無縫的噴酒精，包括你的鞋底，把你帶的酒精噴完后過安檢。這樣就把你在機(jī)場(chǎng)染得病毒處理掉了。
       3. Before checking-in the luggage, spray alcohol onto the surface of suitcase, backpack, phone, clothing and shoes. Use all of your alcohol and pass through the safe check. You can throw away the virus in the terminal.
       4.在飛機(jī)上，要一直帶著口罩、手套、浴帽。
       4.Wear mask, gloves and bathing cap during the flight.
       5.上飛機(jī)后，用一個(gè)大塑料袋把你的背包套著并扎緊后放在行李架上。
       5.Tighten your backpack with a big plastic bag.
       6.用你帶的酒精棉球或者浸滿酒精的餐巾紙擦拭你需要接觸的地方，比如桌板、按鈕等。
       6.Clean where you need to touch, for example the meal table and buttons with alcohol cotton ball or napkin.
       7.最危險(xiǎn)的地方是衛(wèi)生間，在衛(wèi)生間里一定不能摘下口罩去照鏡子，切記。每次去衛(wèi)生間出來就換一套口罩、浴帽、手套，去衛(wèi)生間前最好穿個(gè)鞋套。因?yàn)樾l(wèi)生間尿液里容易有病毒，你的鞋底會(huì)從衛(wèi)生間的地上帶出病毒到你的座位。從衛(wèi)生間出來馬上換被污染的手套口罩鞋套放在一個(gè)未用過小塑料袋里密封。
       7.The toilet is the most dangerous place. Don’t take off your mask there. Change all your mask, bathing cap and gloves each time you go to the toilet. Take a shoe cover before toilet because your shoes will carry virus from urine there to your seat. Seal your used mask, bathing cap and gloves in a small plastic bag immediately after toilet.
       8.下飛機(jī)后用同樣辦法你再換一套。這樣把飛機(jī)上的病毒就丟掉了。
       8. Change a new suit of mask, bathing cap and gloves after the flight, you can throw away the virus from the plane.
       9.提取行李的時(shí)候要知道你的行李表面可能會(huì)有病毒，在停車場(chǎng)可用酒精把行李箱及你的背包、衣服、頭發(fā)等全部無縫反復(fù)噴酒精。
       9. Notice that the virus lives on the surface of your luggage. Spray alcohol onto the surface of suitcase, backpack, cloth, hair and everywhere.
       10.你最好不要喝飛機(jī)上的水，過安檢后自己帶幾瓶水上機(jī)，買了水后用你的酒精棉球或者買瓶白酒，擦拭水瓶外面，尤其是瓶蓋處，喝水前用酒精棉球擦瓶蓋和你的嘴唇要接觸的地方。
       10. Don’t drink water in the airplane. Buy some bottle of water before boarding the plane. Clean the surface of the bottle especially the cap. Clean where your lip could touch with alcohol cotton ball before drinking.
       11.由于沒有護(hù)目鏡，2小時(shí)左右，就要用酒精或者白酒擦拭暴露在空氣中的皮膚。
       11. Wipe the exposed skin with alcohol or liquor within 2 hours if you do not take the goggles.
       12.回家后，把所有的衣服噴灑酒精后，用大塑料袋扎緊，放置10來個(gè)小時(shí)，分別放入洗衣機(jī)里洗，注意一定要加入84消毒液或者洗滌靈（濃度一定要夠）浸泡30分鐘，就能殺滅所有的細(xì)菌和病毒。

       12. If you want to kill all the germs and virus, after returning home, spray all clothes with alcohol, put them into a big plastic bag and tie the bag, leave it for 10 hours. Nest step, put them into washing machine to wash, and do remember adding disinfectant soak for 30 mins.
